Benchmarking: We use this to measure our products quality and services against competitors in our industry. This process also helps our company set goals each year.

Cost of quality: The cost of providing poor quality products and service affects more than just the bottom line. We understand how important quality is to your success and ours. We regularly administer employee training programs to ensure our employees understand the true cost of providing poor quality. We use customer surveys to make sure we stay focused on improvement and quality.

Team Performance Assessment (TPA): This process helps Charloma identify strengths and weaknesses within our team. We then focus the individuals' expertise on the tasks they thrive in the most.

Total Quality Management (TQM): Charloma uses this to achieve quality from the beginning and make quality everyone’s responsibility and concern. It is about continuously improving the quality of goods and services delivered through the participation of all levels and functions of Charloma.
