Design and Engineering
We provide a wide range of services to help
you with all of the front-end work that goes
into a product before actual production
begins.  Some of those services include
preliminary design, material selection,
pricing, mold design, evaluation and
procurement, CAD/CAM, surface modeling,
and liaison with customer's engineering
department.

Tooling
With our in-house tooling capabilities, we
take many projects from concept to
production in turn-key fashion.  This insures
top-quality tooling quickly and economically.  
Our skilled personnel specialize in the
development of patterns from artists'
renderings to engineering drawings.  We
then take the pattern and produce a prototype
part for customer approval.  Upon approval,
hard tooling may be developed.  This whole
process may encompass the use of a variety
of different materials such as foam, wood,
epoxy, fiberglass, urethane, cast aluminum
and stainless steel.

Trimming
If your component requires secondary trim
and assembly, we can offer turn-key
assistance.  Trimming can be performed
utilizing high quality fixtures or
state-of-the-art, 5-axis CNC routing
equipment.  These methods assure that
specifications are met time and time again.  
The assembly department handles
secondary operations that include ultrasonic
welding, riveting, solvent boding, decals and
UPC coding.

Finishing
Skilled personnel in finishing areas
throughout our facilities de burr, clean,
inspect and package finished components.  
In finishing, just as in all stages of
manufacturing, our strength lies in our
